Ariel Khadr

Ariel Khadr competes as a model for IFBB Fitness Pro and is an official athlete for the organization. She started participating in fitness contests when she was 16 after she quit gymnastics in her youth. In the course of a year she received her Pro Card when she was 17. Ariel Khadr was an IFBB Fitness Pro competitor, model, as well as a sponsored athlete. She began participating in fitness competitions at the age of 16, following the end of her gymnastics program in childhood. She won her Pro Card within a year when she was 17. IFBB Pro, she is the youngest. Ariel left the stage for six years to complete college. In 2015 was an extension of her earlier efforts. In the past, she competed at elite events like Mr. Olympia or the Toronto Pro Supershow. She continued to compete throughout the years following her debut show setting higher expectations for herself each year. In 2009, four new fitness titles have been added to her portfolio. Also, she was the 2009 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals winner, making her the oldest IFBB Fitness Pro (at age 17) in history. After earning her Pro Card Ariel was able to take a break of six years from competing so she could get her college degree. After earning her IFBB Fitness Pro Card, Ariel made a successful comeback at her first competition at the Phoenix Europa Games 2015 in October. She finished 3rd at the show. Summer of 2016, she was the winner of at the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow. As a result, she became a participant in Fitness Olympia. After three months, Ariel was on the Olympia Stage and won 6th in the Fitness Division. With no expectations prior to the event, Ariel says she was more than proud of her placing. This is not a surprise since she did so well in light of the contest. Ariel is always improving her physique. Ariel enjoys working her back. She usually does bent over rows, single arm pull-downs (on a machine) or pull-ups as well as seated rowing. First, she warms up before moving on to her working sets. Ariel utilizes her time effectively. Her back exercise routine comprises three or more supersets comprised of between 10 and 12 reps.
